LifeWay has announced their new Vacation Bible School theme for 2012. It’s called “Amazing Wonders Aviation” and features some of the world’s most beautiful natural wonders. The motto for this VBS theme is, “Awesome God! Amazing Power!”
The VBS Scripture is Psalm 147:5
Our Lord is great, vast in power; His understanding is infinite.
After just a few minutes I was very interested in this program. LifeWay always has top quality music and invest heavily to produce a quality curriculum. I was pleased to see the God-centered and evangelistic emphasis of their daily Bible points.
Some readers have noticed that both Group and LifeWay have announced possibly related themes. After a closer look, this theme is more about traveling to natural wonders around the world via airplane. On the other hand, Sky VBS makes the soaring more of a metaphor for trusting God.

Looking seriously on recommending AWA for our churches VBS this summer, our planning committee will be meeting soon to pick themes and get started on advertising and Decorations etc.. However before I can make a definitive recommendation I would really like to view their entire Worship Music DVD, as I have always found that bible content of course is primary interest, but, when reaching children, the music is vitally important as well. and in many cases a major deciding factor in theme chosen. Can you help me as to how I can view the entire music dvd selection? tks
