This free coloring page calendar for February will help children learn their months and number the days. The illustration shows a young girl with paper heart shapes and has the following peom:
Father thank you for this month,
The shortest of the year.
Teach us now to love each one,
of those that we find near.

With young children, the teacher should complete the date boxes before making copies. For children in grade school, they should be able to complete this task with some brief directions or example to follow. There is an optional sheet with extra events (like birthday & church) for children to cut & paste onto their calendar.
