Celebrating Advent not Just Christmas - Any ideas?

2 years ago our Children and Families Ministry started an Advent Fair to introduce the making of Advent Wreaths for homes. We hand out a daily devotional.
We are looking to expand with a craft or two for kids and a craft or activity for adults with out children.

Anyone had success with and Avent Workshop to share?
