I think that this curriculum would be great for our Sunday School or Children’s Church. The options that you have, you could make each lesson as long or as short as you need. Also, I especially like that the object lesson lets the kids do it. Makes for a life experience they will remember longer.
this is much more like the programs I’ve been searching for. I like activities, maizes, games, stories to keep their interest and challenge them. I would love to have this.
Curriculum appears to be well written and definitely something I will consider to use. We would be able to use these powerful messages in our VBS as we reach out into our community to bring in, reach and teach the kids and their families. There are so many in the world that really does not understand God’s awesome power. Thank you.
This curriculum looks great!!! Would love to do a whole 13 week quarter on this theme. Thank you for sharing.
I am happy with the curriculum, we are a very small church with a tiny sunday school class, that has a variety of ages. We can use something like this to reach the kids at all levels. I believe that if we can teach the work of God to only one child, it is worth the time and effort. To God be the Glory!
This is truly a blessing to come across this information about VBS, this is my first time dealing with VBS at my church in Nevis, I was getting really worried about getting materials to deal with VBS, I am asking the lord to help me and speak through me so I can speak to the little children at VBS about the goodest of God.
It looks like great material and would be great for the kids to learn more about God and His “Extreme Power” Who needs superheros when we have the number 1 that can beat all that comes against us!
The content of the material looks very simple and easy to use. I couldn’t find an age range. We have several youth in our church who might not be challenged. Seems like it would be for younger kids. I like the fact that it is downloadable or you can order an actual copy. As long as everything you need is included and you don’t have to gather alot of extra items and music. Really liked the lessons. Those would be ones teachers and kids alike should already be familiar with. Anything we can do to make individuals more aware is great.
I am a Volunteer Children’s Minsitry Coordinator. I like the look of the curriculum, and the accessibility- high tech, online, can make quality copies through the church’s copiers. Just wondering if you have any Special Needs adaptations provided in your curriculum. I am hoping to involve Special Needs into our VBS programming. It would be great to have Curriculum ready lessons which already account for adaptations that would be needed.
We as teachers should take this as an opportunity and run with it. It is not that our children cannot learn what the real meaning of true servanthood for God is, it is us not teaching them an uncompromised word from the lord. Yes, he gives us a word for our children. At an early age they should know him for who he is, and what he stands for as being our all mighty, all giving, and a all loving God.
