		<description>I agree with you about relationship and communication.  I usually spend monday calling people or taking appointments so I can check in with my volunteers right away after sunday.  this way I can call people who didn&#039;t show up and hold them accountable and i can also get a &quot;debriefing&quot; for how sunday school was.  After 3 years the relationships are finally getting really genuine.  

Patience is the key, also.  It takes a long time to settle into a new church or new job with new people, but God is Good and encouraging throughout.</description>
