A new 2012 Vacation Bible School curriculum has been announced from NextGen4Chirst. The new theme is called “Rock the World.” The tagline reads “Be a Rock Star ~ Shine God’s Light.” Here is a brief introduction they sent me about the program.
“Rock the World VBS”, is a Vacation Bible School where kids are stars that shine God’s light! One of the most unique features of this VBS is that children will be participating in service projects in their community and world missions projects! Our project for last year, Knights of God, went well for the churches that purchased the program. We have strengthened some weaknesses we had last year, such as including music and a resource DVD set that will be mailed out as well as the digital curriculum which churches can download, and print as much as they need!

Rock the World VBS sounds exciting. It just might be what we are looking for since our theme for camp next February is on missions. Please let me know when it is being released because we have already begun meeting in preparation for this camp. But, we need to have the material now. We want the full package with CD etc. so please let us know immediately if we should wait on this. Thank you!
I would like to know more about this when it’s released in November. I am researching VBS curriculum for our church. This interests me, but would need to keep costs down.
