New VBS Curriculum “Stand Up For God”

This week’s giveaway is from City Light Ministries, a Christian publisher that specializes in Vacation Bible School. Their curriculum is solid quality and will not break a tight church budget.

What You Can Win

The complete Stand Up For God Vacation Bible School curriculum, including teacher’s manual, applications, worksheets, coloring pages, craft ideas, song ideas, and memory verses. Regular price is $50 and since it’s digital product, this giveaway is available both US and international readers.

I checked out the sample lesson and I am very impressed with the Bible content of these lessons. City Light does not have the flashy packaging of the major publishers, but this curriculum is educationally and theologically solid. This is a great option for smaller churches with limited resources. It would also be perfect for backyard Bible club or a series in children’s church. Here are the lesson outlines:

We have three-hour programs that are centered in the sanctuary; first hour, games and silliness; second hour, lessons and skits; short video; altar call. I find it easier to adapt the VBS kits to this format than to organize daily sessions and the parents love having something to bring their kids to on a Saturday.
