Welcome New Writers!

A few months back, I decided that this website was becoming too big for one person to handle alone. It’s been about 2 years since I first began writing about Children’s Ministry, and God has done something really amazing with my little blog. So, I wanted to share this ministry and have been seeking out new writers to make the site even better.

I started by adding Terry Delaney, a friend from my days at Seminary. Today, I want to announce three new writers. They are all active in Children’s Ministry in their local churches and have a heart for encouraging others. For more compete details check out the about page.

  • Charlie Wallace is the Children’s Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Columbia, SC. I’ve been reading his blog about Children’s Ministry and knew he would be a great fit for our site.
  • Jeri Tanner serves in Children’s Ministry at her church in Alabama. She and her husband David have seven children and seven grandchildren. She has experienced God’s grace and wants to share that with others. After hearing about her passion for the Gospel, I knew she would be a great writer for the site too.
  • Kristen Charles has a great background in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. Plus she has done Children’s Ministry in some unique settings. After talking with her, I was convinced that her help could really benefit our website.

I’m so excited about what God is doing through this website. These writers will each bring so much passion and knowledge to the site. I am looking forward to learning from them and using it to serve the kids in my church too.

I have known Kristin for over 7 years and she is AMAZING! She’s going to be a huge blessing to the site and to your lives! Thanks for giving her this opportunity for her to minister.
