Bible Crafts from Mark 10:46-52 when Jesus Healed Blind Bartimaeus

Print Friendly and PDF

“Your faith has healed you”… Jesus healed many during His Earthly ministry. The story of Bartimaeus is a wonderful reminder that we can be bold in our faith and cry out to the Lord. Bartimaeus knew Jesus was powerful and able to help him, and was willing to ignore those who tried to turn him away. These crafts celebrate the story of the blind man’s healing. A noisemaker encourages children to cry out. An interactive puppet “opens the eyes” of Bartimaeus. And a fun card uses “seeing eyes” and faith statements to recall the story.

Bible Verses or Craft Captions to Consider…  (Mark 10:46-52)

The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.  -Psalm 34:17

“Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.  -Mark 10:52

Cry out to Jesus! He hears you!

Have faith…God is with you!

Jesus knows me inside and out…He sees my heart!

The Holy Spirit gives us faith!
