This worksheet gives an overview of the Bible as many books by many authors. It also covers the general purposes of the Bible.
This is part of a series of worksheets called “Learn About…” which interpret Bible topics on an elementary school level. Bibles and pencils are needed for each worksheet. These are recommended for second grade and up.
Each worksheet has two pages, which we recommend printing back to back. This could be used in Sunday School, during another children’s activity, or as a kids’ bulletin during adult church.
To help kids learn about the Bible, you might enjoy our coloring pages for each individual book in the Bible. There’s also a group game and song about the Books of the Bible.
New Sunday School Curriculum: Our Bible lessons are designed to keep the kids’ attention and show how God's Word makes a difference. Every series is flexible enough for a wide-age group and affordable enough for small churches. Download a free Bible lesson in pdf or view our latest Sunday School curriculum for small churches.
Thank you so very much for providing this information. I love VBS. We had is every year and still do at my church in MI. I just relocated to CA. and the church does not have VBS program. I just volunteer to be kids coordinator and I like to suggest that VBS be implemented at this church..
