The story of Jesus feeding five thousand people can help children understand that Jesus can meet all our needs. This skit can be read during a Sunday School class to give the children a feel for what happened without staging an elaborate drama. Some simple props can add to the realism. The fish and loaves could be cut from construction paper. This story is found in John 6:1-14.
