Heaven

When it comes to heaven, there’s a lot that we don’t know. But what we do know is that it’s a place of perfect joy and eternal life with God. It’s a place where there will be no more death or sorrow or tears. And it’s a place where we will be reunited with our loved ones who have gone before us. Just read some of the scripture verses about heaven. That’s why heaven is such an important topic to teach our kids about in Sunday school. We want them to have a hope and a future, and to know that no matter what happens here on earth, they have a home waiting for them in heaven. Through lessons, activities, crafts, and worksheets, we can help them catch a glimpse of heaven and get excited about what lies ahead.

How can you explain heaven to a child?

There are so many reasons to look forward to going to our Father’s home in heaven. Heaven is a place where you go when you die and meet God and live with your loved ones who have passed away. The Bible gives us great hope that Jesus Christ is preparing a place for us after this life ends.

Some people think of heaven as a beautiful, happy place where there’s no more pain or sadness. Other people think of it as a more spiritual place where we can learn new things and grow closer to God. But one thing we do know for sure is that heaven will be wonderful and special because it’s home to our Heavenly Father!
