Here is our next printable coloring sheet about God’s work of creation. Each of these have been made by Mandy Groce, an illustrator from Louisville, KY. Please leave your comments below if you would like to let her know how you are using these resources.
This coloring picture depicts the events from Genesis 1:6-8 where God separates the water and names the sky. This is a beautiful verse, but something of a challenge to visualize. This visual features layers of water being forced apart as God makes room for the sky.
And God said, “Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water.” So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so. God called the expanse “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day. Genesis 1:6-8 NIV

Thank you for your coloring pages on creation – getting ready to start a new quarter soon & am trying to do some early preparation. We are “Exploring the Bible” so I appreciate your Bible Book coloring pages too. Thinking about using them in teaching the books of the Bible by division -trying a different approach to getting them started on memorizing the books of the Bible.
Thank You for sharing the lessons I am actually using them to teach some children in my neighborhood . I’ve been teaching bible lessons for many years and material like this helps. I teach 3-5th in Sundays This is very helpful.
