The central theme of this coloring page is the role of Jesus as our King. There is a large crown surrounded by thorns to represent his divine nature and his suffering on the cross. Small call outs around the crowd contain phrases related to his kingship. Each of these is a direct answer to our need for a king from the previous coloring page. They speak of his power to overcome, his wisdom to guide, and his victory over Satan.
