Some kids are very hard to learn.You guys are just doing perfect
for such a creative idea.Instead of multiple choice alone offer them
some eassy questions to refresh their minds.

I teach 7th graders. Instead of just asking the trivia questions, I turned the game into Are You Smarter Than a “Religion Class” 5th Grader? One student as the contestant and he/she would pick a student helper for each question. Or you could make it into Who Wants to be a Millionaire? With both games the questions should get progressively harder. And you don’t have to play up to a million dollars. You can chose the ending amount. You can play with teams if you have a lot of students.

Great suggestion! I usually make up fake Bible books to make it fun. The book of 3 Tony, etc. . .

Mix it up and see if the kids are paying attention. Ask goofy questions:
Which books of the Bible come before and after Hezekiah?
How many animals did Moses take on the Ark?
or use riddles:
Where is baseball or tennis in the Bible?
