		<description>People who &quot;hide&quot; behind emails tend to have passive personalities and won&#039;t talk face-to-face. Many times when asked to meet in person to discuss their concerns/problems, they will decline, often deciding the problems weren&#039;t as much of a concern as they thought or they move on to other churches ...showing that they weren&#039;t really called by God to participate with you in ministry and on the same team.</description>
