The only “really” difficult conflict I had was email based. It was like Brenna said and they would never agree to meet.

People who “hide” behind emails tend to have passive personalities and won’t talk face-to-face. Many times when asked to meet in person to discuss their concerns/problems, they will decline, often deciding the problems weren’t as much of a concern as they thought or they move on to other churches …showing that they weren’t really called by God to participate with you in ministry and on the same team.
