Bible Alphabet Coloring Sheets

  1. Sadie says

I teach childrens church in China. Using the Bible Alphabet as a method of getting kids and their parents to come to church has had great results! I tell the parents that if their child comes to church they will learn english words. This has opened opportunities for getting to know families than otherwise would not have had! thank you so much for your hard work and creativity!! God bless you!!

  2. Tawnya says

I teach Children’s Church and my kids love the alphabet, they are making a little book, thanks!!!

  3. Amelia Childress says

When will X Y and Z pictures be available? My Sunday School students are making their own coloring book etc. I am using the Letters in their first names for them to color and add to their book. Your website is so helpful. Thanks so much for all that you do.

  4. KarinSharrai says

Thank you so much for this..can’t wait for the last three letters. We are using them as wall decorations in our preshool class at church!

I appreciate the work put into them and that they are free!!

  5. Katie B says

As a soon to be homeschooling parent (We’ll be starting pre-school with our oldest in a few weeks) I just LOVE these! Looking forward to the rest of the alphabet and like another parent said would love to see lowercase as well. Planning on using these for our letter of the week activities. Thank you so much and may GOD bless!

Off the top of my head, these are some lessons I’d do with these.
A – Almighty – Could go with any story showing God’s power – like creation. God is strong enough to ____________. A song could be Go Fish’s This is My Father’s World from their Kickin’ it Old School CD. Also, My God is SO Big. For a big-people song, the Revelation Song (I like the Kari Jobe version best). WOW!
B- Bible – Of course any lesson but (2 Timothy 3:15-17) comes to mind – The Bible is God’s Word, given to (me). The B-I-B-L-E song, the Bible Book Bop (another Go-Fish song) and lots of songs go with this one.
C – Christ – OF course Christmas stories, Easter stories and lots and lots of stories can go with this one, but I like the “great confession” when Peter says, “You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God.” I’m on a Go Fish binge, but they do have a song, “Christmas with a Capital C”. It is a little “in your face” but it is good.
    D – DISCIPLE – The great commission
E – ETERNAL LIFE – I’d do something with the wordless book. The song John 3:16 is a good one here.
F – FAITH – My first story thought is the faith of the Centurion.
H – HEAVEN – Story: Jesus prepares a place for us. Song: Heaven is a Wonderful Place or In My Father’s House
I – ISRAEL: You could talk about the Promised Land, the nation of Israel or Jacob. Hear o Israel is a song idea.
J – JESUS – Song: Who’s the King of the Jungle? Is one idea but there are SO many! The Revelation Song again comes to mind. And so many stories to choose from.
N is for NEW LIFE – Being transformed by the Word or 2 Corinthians 5:17
O is for OBEDIENCE – 10 Commandments, Obeying parents or “If you love me you will obey my commands” are some story ideas.
P is for PRAYER – Lord’s Prayer, or any of the many prayers in the Bible. You could do a 40 days of prayer vigil, and for a song, “It’s me, it’s me, it’s me, Oh Lord, Standing in the Need of Prayer” (I don’t know the actual title)
T – Trust – A good song is PROVERBS 3:5-6 (TRUST IN THE LORD) by The Rizers.
Seeds Family Wordship has many great CDs – they are scripture put to music.

If for some reason this message is received in time, and you put it together for this week, send out a new email and I can print it out for this week’s lesson.
